Our growing delivery and consultancy team is now based on two continents; Our main office in Copenhagen works closely with our office in Cambridge, MA to support and enable our rapidly growing North American client base.
Joining us in the role of Project Manager in our North American team, you will manage the full lifecycle of technical implementation of Better Airport, from discovery and data analysis through configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support. You’ll work closely with internal teams in Copenhagen and Cambridge, as well as our technology partners and airport stakeholders, to ensure successful, timely, and impactful project outcomes.
Our software offering is complemented by a range of airport optimization and digitalization consultancy services, where, based on a data-driven and analytical understanding of current reality and challenges, we advise clients on how to solve their most pressing issues and improve their way of working.

What you’ll own
- Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of our Better Airport solution, developing, managing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables through all phases of implementation: discovery, configuration, integration, testing, training, and go-live.
- Lead project meetings, workshops, and presentations as required with each project team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, leveraging internal and external team expertise
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively.
- Coordinate internal tasks with delivery and development teams in Copenhagen and with our commercial partners
- Lead and coordinate the execution of standalone consultancy projects for our clients
- Technical Implementation
- Act as liaison on technical implementation topics, bridging client needs with delivery teams to ensure successful deployment.
- Oversee system integrations with third-party platforms such as AODB, RMS, FIDS, BHS, and other airport systems.
- Coordinate the analysis of client data, configuration, and deployment of our analytical tools and software
- Risk & Change Management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage change control processes with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of scope, decisions, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to improving project delivery methodologies and toolkits.
- Capture lessons learned and feed insights into organizational best practices.
- Train clients in using Better Airport®, supporting adoption and long-term value
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of professional experience in a data-focused, client-facing, or project coordination role
- Proven experience leading or participating in complex software/SaaS deployments in operational environments.
- Demonstrable success managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A client-focused mindset, with a drive to deliver value and make a difference
- Strong quantitative skills and experience working with large datasets—ideally using Excel and/or database tools
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently—both within North America and internationally
- Professional Background in Software-As-A-Service, Consultancy, Aviation, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud-based systems, data integration, and API implementations.
- Prior experience in consulting, vendor-side implementation, or systems integration.
- Interest in the Aviation industry is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of airport operations, aviation data systems, or resource management platforms is a strong advantage
