We’re looking for a service-minded and flexible Receptionist & Office Assistant with a passion for impacting your colleagues’ happiness and pride in running a smooth office.
As our Receptionist & Office Assistant, your role is to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative office tasks. We expect you to bring positive energy and foster a spirit of team collaboration. You have great multitasking skills, are proactive, and able to deal with new tasks in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations.
You will work both independently and in close cooperation with our Office Manager to ensure our office stays nice, welcoming, and maintains the environment we all enjoy being in.
The position is a part-time role for 20-25 hours a week, and in cooperation with our Office Manager, the two of you will cover our office hours from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
The difference you will make:
- Meet & greet our clients & colleagues and handle deliveries
- Ensure excellent standards of the office throughout the day
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen & common areas
- Manage food, snacks, and office supply orders
- Be responsible for organizing lunch in the office, getting it ready, and cleaning up afterward
- Complete ad hoc office tasks, like filling up fridges and the snack bar, recharging our Birdies, checking the plants, minor cleaning, etc.
- Assist in the planning of internal events
