Our growing delivery and consultancy team is now based on two continents; Our main office in Copenhagen works closely with our office in Cambridge, MA to support and enable our rapidly growing North American client base.
In this role, you’ll be joining the North American team, and be responsible for client implementation of our software platform Better Airport®. You will also perform and present analysis of our client’s data using our portfolio of in-house analytical tools.
Our software offering is complemented by a range of airport optimization and digitalization consultancy services, where, based on a data-driven and analytical understanding of current reality and challenges, we advise clients on how to solve their most pressing issues and improve their way of working.

What you’ll own
- Analysis and interpretation of client data from a variety of large and complex data sources, including root-cause analysis and quality assessments
- Analytical contributions to a wide variety of consultancy projects across our client network, when required
- Contribute to the end-to-end implementation of our Virtual Queuing platform for airport clients in North America
- Work closely with our Client Success Leads and Developers to engage with our clients, build relationships, and help them to use their data to optimize their operations
- Coordinate project tasks with the development, delivery, and consultancy teams in Copenhagen
- Set up and configure our analytical tools
- Train our clients in the use of Better Airport®, our software platform
What you’ll need
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a data-driven, client-facing and/or analyst role
- Experience and interest in the aviation industry is a strong advantage
- Skilled at quantitative analysis of large data sets, preferably with advanced Excel and/or database skills
- Python scripting experience is an advantage
- You are interested in turning business requirements into tangible software development ideas
- You are driven by a desire to make a difference for our clients
- Good English language skills are a minimum, any other language skills are desirable
- The ability and willingness to travel frequently, both internationally and within North America

Joining our North American team offers opportunities to shape your role and your working environment. Our office in Cambridge, MA is focused on the Americas, giving plenty of opportunity to travel throughout the region for our clients and to our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Frequent travel is an expected part of the role.
